Delivery
All prices quoted on this web site include delivery within the
UK only by Royal Mail first class post, Recorded Delivery or
Parcel Post.

cards. The Brilliant web site utilises a secure web server for
online transactions. The information you provide is encrypted
prior to transmission. You must be over 18 years of age to order
from the Brilliant web site.
Placing an Order
When you place an order on our web site, your order is picked
and packed and prepared for despatch usually within 5 working
days. Some orders can take a little longer. Your payment is
then processed and your goods despatched by first class post,
Recorded Delivery or Parcel Post. You will receive an e-mail
from us to advise that your order has been processed and your
goods despatched.
If the requested goods are out
of stock we will contact you by e-mail and advise an anticipated
delivery date. You may still cancel your order at this stage
should you wish.
Please note, we are unable to deliver outside of the United
Kingdom at the present time.
If you do not wish to use the online ordering facility, you
may fax your order to 020 8686 5300. Please remember to include
all the information required on the order form.
Returns
Policy
All goods are despatched in good condition. However, should
you receive your order in less than good condition or you feel
that your purchase is not what you anticipated, we will accept
the goods back only if they are returned in the condition in
which they were despatched, and in the original packaging.
We cannot be responsible for the cost of returning the goods
to us. All returns must be notified to us within seven days
of receipt. We reserve the right to amend a refund if the returned
item is received damaged or soiled.
Your Privacy
The information you provide when you place an order with us
is not passed on to any third party for any reason. You may
from time to time receive an e-mail from us advising you of
special offers, promotions or new product releases. You will
have the option to have your name removed from any further e-mail
contact.
